Chicago Bears running back Jordan Howard has been subject to a lot of trade rumors. Does his recent Instagram activity finally signal the end?

This offseason could not have gone any better thus far for the Chicago Bears.  Several great signings have been made to go along with a few smart cuts, and to top it off the Bears still have one of the best running backs in all of football: Jordan Howard.

At least, for now.

If you have followed us for at least the last couple of months, you know that we have seen our fair share of trade rumors involving Howard. Up until  now they have just been rumors. However, today we saw something alarming.

For some reason, Howard has taken all of his Bears-related photos down from his Instagram account. If you go and see for yourself, you will not find one photo of him that has anything to do with his current team.

if you’d rather not go look, here’s your proof. Howard once had a few more than these select photos on his account.

This reminds me of one of those bad breakups. You know, the kind where you remove everything in your life that has to do with that person immediately after it ends? Yeah, that kind.

What does this mean? Did Ryan Pace really pull the trigger? Does Matt Nagy truly believe Howard doesn’t fit his offense?

If that is the case, we are going to see a lot of fans in an uproar — myself included. Howard is one of the best and most underrated players in the entire league. Disregard the running back position.

If Howard is dealt for some reason, Pace will have a lot of explaining to do, and he better have gotten one heck of a haul in return. I honestly did not see a way that Pace would ever let Howard go, but maybe I am wrong.

We will monitor the situation here and keep you updated as soon as we hear anything further.
