Defensive Line: A

After seeing them show out for three straight games, I’m here to tell you: the defensive line might actually be the best position group on the Chicago Bears roster.

The Tennessee Titans love to run the football with their two big backs, DeMarco Murray and Derrick Henry. And they simply could not do it against the Bears’ front. Chicago held the dynamic duo to just 20 yards in the first half, consistently blowing plays up in the backfield. Eddie Goldman, who remains healthy thus far, has gobbled up double-teams at the line of scrimmage.

And Akiem Hicks?

That’s a Pro Bowler in Jack Conklin that he just manhandled. Just pay the man. Pay him now.

On top of that, you had young defensive linemen like Roy Robertson-Harris earning snaps with the first team and causing safeties.

Needless to say, I badly hope that Goldman, Hicks and Co. can stay on the field for the majority of this season. Because they are absolutely throttling, and even bullying, opposing offenses right now, and I love it.
