Mirotic shoots fire from his hands

After arriving in Brooklyn during the early hours of All-Star Friday, Nikola Mirotic put on a nice show during the BBVA Rising Stars Challenge, which featured a new format this year.

More from Chicago Bulls

This year’s Rising Stars Challenge format pitted the best “rookies” (first-year players) and “sophomores” (second-year players) from the United States against the best international up-and-comers.

In almost 21 minutes of action, Mirotic hit six of his nine field goal attempts for 16 points, including draining four of his six attempts from long range.

The World would defeat the U.S., 121-112.
