The Chicago Bears are taking a look at all the quarterback prospects at the NFL Scouting Combine this week as they have to make the critical decision of who they will select with the No. 1 overall pick in the draft. The consensus is that the Bears will take a QB, most likely USC's Caleb Williams, with that pick and move on from Justin Fields. One Bears star, however, doesn't agree with that plan.

Chicago's star wide receiver DJ Moore spoke to NFL Total Access on Monday and made his choice clear for who he wants throwing him the ball next season.

Bears' DJ Moore Wants Justin Fields as His Quarterback

Moore said he believes that Fields remains the best option, the same thing he said back in December.

There is a reason the former Maryland standout thinks that. Moore just had the best season of his career with Fields at the helm. After spending his first five seasons with the Carolina Panthers, Moore had his breakout season in 2023 with the Bears, finishing the year with 96 receptions, 1,364 receiving yards, and eight touchdowns, all career-highs.

Moore was easily the favorite target of Fields. The only other offensive threat to go over 30 receiving yards per game was tight end Cole Kmet.

It is therefore understandable for Moore to want to continue playing with Fields. He had to cycle through an endless number of signal-callers in his Panthers days, including Cam Newton, Teddy Bridgewater, Sam Darnold, and Kyle Allen.

However, it seems unlikely that Moore will get his wish. On FanDuel Sportsbook, Caleb Williams is almost guaranteed to be the Bears' pick (-1600) with the first-overall selection, unless Chicago does the unexpected and trades the pick.
