Despite coming away with the win in Week 1, the Chicago Bears offense was out of sorts against the Tennessee Titans. They had 148 total yards, averaging 2.8 yards per play, and getting only 11 downs the entire game. It certainly wasn't the debut Caleb Williams had in mind.

Not only are the Bears facing a much tougher opponent in Week 2, but they could also be short-handed offensively. According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, wide receivers Keenan Allen and Rome Odunze didn't practice with the team for the second straight day, jeopardizing their status for Sunday's game against the Houston Texans.

NFL News: Keenan Allen & Rome Odunze Did Not Practice

Odunze was a surprise addition to the injury report earlier in the week as he woke up with a sore knee on Monday despite not showing any signs during Sunday's outing. Head coach Matt Eberflus had said that he may have hurt his knee during a blocking play. It was later revealed that he has an MCL sprain and hasn't practiced since.

Keenan Allen, on the other hand, has been banged up since the start of the season. The veteran pass-catcher went to the medical tent for examination late in the game as he was already dealing with a nagging heel injury. The team reported that they gave him a rest day on Wednesday, so the expectation was that he would be back at practice on Thursday. The fact that Allen wasn't even able to be a limited participant is a concerning sign for the Bears.

If both Odunze and Allen miss the game, it means that DJ Moore will have all he can eat in the offense. Cole Kmet will see an increased role, and Tyler Scott will likely get the start at wide receiver. It will make Caleb Williams' job significantly more difficult but it also gives him an opportunity to have a statement game on the road against a playoff team.
