Torrey Craig

Along with Nikola Vucevic, Torrey Craig is the only Bulls player older than 30. He opted into his player option for next season but as a 33-year-old wing, he is a better fit on a contender than he is in Chicago.

Torrey Craig shot the ball well last season, making 39.2% of his threes for the Bulls. He is still a decent defender with an ability to guard multiple positions. He can still contribute in limited minutes to a playoff team as he has extensive experience with 75 postseason games.

Contenders are currently trying to fill out their rosters for next season. Once they run out of options, they will likely turn to Craig as a low-cost addition. The veteran forward makes $2.8 million for next season, so most teams can target him with a couple of second-round picks.

Zach LaVine

This is the trade most Bulls fans desperately want to see. The Zach LaVine saga has gone on for too long as Chicago still hasn't been able to move the 29-year-old.

The two-time All-Star is being treated like a toxic asset due to his massive contract that pays him $43 million for next season and $46 million for the year after. Unfortunately for the Bulls, teams are unlikely to give up positive assets for LaVine, making a potential trade difficult.

One opportunity for the Bulls is that once teams like the Lakers and Warriors strike out on their primary trade targets, they can turn their attention to LaVine. At this point, starting the season with LaVine on the roster would be a total disaster for the Bulls as the relationship between the two sides has been severely damaged. Chicago should be willing to accept any offer they can get as long as they don't have to give up any assets.
