The Chicago Bears are 4-3 on the year and are coming off the heels of a disappointing 18-15 loss to the Washington Commanders. They are looking to bounce back on Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals.

While that's the focus in the Windy City, former quarterback Justin Fields has hit the bench in Pittsburgh. After starting the first six weeks of the season for the Steelers and leading them to a 4-2 record, they handed over the starting quarterback job to Russell Wilson.

Since then, the Steelers have gone 2-0, and Fields' days as a starter there appear to be over. The NFL trade deadline is on Nov. 5, and there could be an ideal landing spot for the Ohio State product. And that location is the Tennessee Titans.

Back in March, Fields was sent over to Pittsburgh in exchange for a 2025 sixth-round pick that could move up to a fourth pick if Fields played in 51% of their snaps. As Wilson is the new signal-caller in the Steel City, Fields could be open to landing elsewhere and the Tennessee Titans are a good option.

The quarterback situation over there is one of the worst in the league with Will Levis and Mason Rudolph at the helm. Fields would immediately become the best choice there and could start immediately.

Titans/Steelers trade

The Titans should send over a sixth-round pick to Pittsburgh for Fields. In 2024, the 25-year-old completed 66% of his throws for 1,106 passing yards, five passing touchdowns, 231 rushing yards, and another five rushing scores.

Tennessee's offense has Tony Pollard, Tyjae Spears, Calvin Ridley, and Tyler Boyd. That is a nice collection of weapons, and Fields would immediately become the QB1 there and could allow him to build a future there.
