While his stay in the Windy City was a brief one, veteran wide receiver Keenan Allen made the most of the opportunities that came his way when the Chicago Bears had the football.

With Ben Johnson now running the show and Chicago having addressed the wide receiver position in other ways this offseason, Allen is now looking to find a new home within the NFL as he attempts to play his 13th season in the league.

It remains to be seen exactly where Allen will end up signing. As he continues to seek a fresh start, Bears fans just learned of one franchise the 33-year-old WR has zero interest in joining, and it just so happens to be the organization that recently added one of the biggest villains sports fans in Chicago have ever known.

Former Bears Star Shoots Down Idea of Teaming With Aaron Rodgers

During a recent TikTok Live post from Allen, the six-time Pro Bowl selection made it clear that despite still not having a contract in place for the 2025 campaign, following Aaron Rodgers to the Pittsburgh Steelers is not even a thought on his radar.

“There’s two sides to the story. I mean, A-Rod being a quarterback, of course that interests you,” Allen said during the livestream (h/t Penn Live's Nick Farabaugh). “But Pittsburgh? No.”

Given all of the off-field headlines that Rodgers continues to create, it is hard to blame Allen for wanting no part of that headache, no matter how talented the signal caller may be. This is especially true on a team that will be fighting to contend for a playoff spot in a city that is used to winning.

Allen proved he still has plenty left in the tank as he recorded 70 receptions for 744 yards and six touchdowns in 15 appearances for Chicago this past season. With that sort of tape out there for the rest of the league to review, Allen is allowing himself to be more selective about his situation than other veterans might be if they were in his shoes.

Fortunately, Allen is publicly against the idea of linking up with Rodgers, and that fact can help Bears fans feel better about the franchise letting him walk as a free agent. This is something the Chicago faithful won't forget anytime soon, as, no matter who he's suiting up for, Bears supporters love to see the former NFC North QB struggle week in and week out.
