Harbor goes on to point out that dating back to Johnson's time with the Detroit Lions rushing attacks under the head coach have ranked 11th, 5th, 6th, and 3rd in rushing yards per game. It isn't a coincidence and explains why Caleb Williams was able to take such a leap under the leadership of the head coach.

Championing Johnson, even from a player who has seen his production fall off, is telling of just how elite the head coach has quickly become. Whether it was for a rival with the Lions or in year one with the Bears, every step along the way, Johnson's offense has been defined by an incredible level of physicality in the run game that sets up one of the league's most complete offensive attacks.
