One aspect of the Chicago Bears roster that has continued to go underrated by many is the depth when it comes to potential playmakers. Losing DJ Moore was an undeniable loss, but one that was needed to help the current core grow and take the next leap. This is something that Kalshi took note of, ranking the top-ten quarterbacks with supporting casts, listing Williams as the 4th overall option behind only Matthew Stafford, Jared Goff, and Brock Purdy.

This is where it is important to note that this is considering quarterback talent and the pieces around them, not strictly a quarterback ranking. It points to the level of respect that Chicago's cast is starting to earn and the clear level of respect that the team's current depth earns. It isn't just one position, but receiving and rushing depth much of the league should be jealous of.

Looking at the primary playmakers, Chicago will lean on Rome Odunze, Colston Loveland, Cole Kmet, Luther Burden, D'Andre Swift, Kalif Raymond, and Kyle Monangai. This is an incredible group that gives head coach Ben Johnson the ability to attack the opposing defense in a myriad of creative ways.

With this in mind, fans shouldn't hesitate to continue to embrace mounting expectations around Chicago's current cast.

In truth, losing Moore is going to make the Bears a more complete offense. One that isn't going to feel pushed to force-feed one star receiver but able to lean on a complete group that can play any style needed and put pressure on the opposing defense. What is so interesting about the team's current roster is consistent speed at the receiver position as well as a punishing run game.

It is rare to see a team so capable of beating you over the top with its deep threats, as well as capable of pounding the ball at the level the Bears are capable of. Add in a stacked tight end position that can work underneath, and there should be mounting excitement around the team's potential ceiling.

Much of this can be attributed to the expected year three leap from Williams as well, who appears on track to establish himself as one of the league's best options. No question, the Bears are in a great position, and much credit is due to the front office and a coaching staff that has built what appears to have the potential to be the league's best offense.
