2. Attack the Jaguars' Offensive Line

Last week, the Bears' defensive line played extremely well against a great Panthers offensive line. Entering that game, the Panthers offensive had the lowest pressure rate allowed in the NFL at 14.9. Yet, the Bears' defense was able to accumulate 27 pressures and four sacks against the Panthers' offensive line. Gervon Dexter Sr. and DeMarcus Walker led the team with six pressures each.

This week, the Bears are going up against a much weaker offensive line. The Jaguars' offensive line has allowed 38 QB pressures, five QB hits, and six sacks in five games. Tackles Cam Robinson and Anton Harrison have given up the most pressures and sacks. Robinson has given up 13 pressures and four sacks, while Harrison has given up 11 pressures and two sacks.

This bodes well for the Bears edge rushers, especially Montez Sweat. While Sweat hasn't had a horrible start to the season, it hasn't been what many expected. Through five games, Sweat has 12 QB pressures, 10 QB hurries, and two sacks. After how Sweat dominated in his eight games with the Bears last season, this number is a bit disappointing.

Going up against a weak offensive line, though, could be the cure for Sweat's lack of production. On the other side, Darrell Taylor and rookie Austin Booker will be going up against Robinson. Those matchups might lead to a breakout game for Booker. Even if that doesn't happen, Taylor should have another good game.

If the Bears can cause the Jaguars' offensive line problems, then Lawrence will look more like he did in the first four games as opposed to what he did last week.
