Despite an exciting fourth-quarter comeback, the Chicago Bears losing streak was extended on Sunday with a 30-27 overtime loss to the Minnesota Vikings.

Even though the Bears were able to send the game to overtime, this game was riddled with two huge special team mistakes.

In the first half, Cairo Santos had another field goal blocked. Then, in the second half, return specialist DeAndre Carter muffed a punt. Carter's muffed punt changed the momentum.

Instead of getting the ball back down 17-10, the Vikings got the ball in the redzone and scored to make it 24-10. While Santos redeemed himself on the field goal to send the game to overtime, the Bears couldn't capitalize, creating yet another heartbreaking loss. Unfortunately, Bears fans expected this outcome even with the late-game heroics.

Luckily, not everything is doom and gloom after this loss since many Bears played well. With that being said, here are three Bears whose stock is rising after the Bear's loss to the Vikings.

1. Caleb Williams

Everything seems to be back on track with Caleb Williams's development after two games under new offensive coordinator Thomas Brown. Last week, Williams was efficient and got the ball out quickly, completing 74% (23/21) of his passes for 231 yards.

This week, while Williams had a lower completion percentage he was still efficient with the football. Williams finished the game completing 68% (32/47) of his passes for 340 yards and two touchdowns. While having 47 pass attempts is not something to strive for every game, the fact Williams made the best out of the situation showed tremendous growth,

Earlier in the year, Williams threw 52 passes, only completing 53% of them, against the Colts in a loss. Seeing a 5% increase in completions with five fewer passes is a huge step.

Another area Williams showed growth in against the Vikings was the deep passing game. Williams completed four passes of over 20 yards against the Vikings.

Finally, hitting on some downfield passes was exactly what all Bears fans have been waiting to see out of Williams. Now that it's happened, fans' confidence in Williams is back up.

Williams has shown that he can hit any pass on an NFL field over the past two weeks, which once again will get all the national media talking.
