This Patrick Kane update is absolutely unbelievable

The Chicago Blackhawks have had some legendary moments with Patrick Kane in his NHL career. He was one of the best offensive players in the league during his time and that led the team to multiple championships.

Why is Kane, one of the best players in the last decade, still a free agent? Well, he had off-season hip surgery that made his free agency a little bit different. He had a down year last year but a lot of teams are wondering how much of that came from the injury issue.

On Wednesday, however, a video came out of Patrick Kane preparing for the season. He is skating at a high level once again and he looks like he is completely healthy. Now, he is ready to get back into the NHL very soon.

Elliotte Friedman confirmed on X (Twitter) that Kane is looking to get back in the next few weeks. It will be interesting to see which team he chooses, for how long, and for how much. If he can provide some resemblance of himself before his injury, he will help a team.

Seeing Kane get back this fast is remarkable and he should be happy with his progress. After having the surgery on July 1st, he is looking very good and has recovered a lot quicker than most expected.

You’d have to assume that Kane is going to sign with a contender. There are a few teams that will be willing to take this chance on him. When Kane does sign, it is going to be big news across the NHL. Some teams may think it improves their chances to win the Stanley Cup.

For Chicago, he is for sure not coming back. However, everything he does is always going to be noteworthy. This update is unbelievable for him as it is clear that he will play in the NHL sooner than expected.
