Bears: Chicago moves no. 1 pick in one of these 3 trade packages
The Chicago Bears can make a trade with the Atlanta Falcons instead.
The Chicago Bears can get one pick better from the Atlanta Falcons if the Falcons were really interested in coming up to get a quarterback. With the fact that they won’t go for Lamar Jackson, this is something that is certainly possible.
The Falcons and Panthers are NFC South rivals so they very well might try to outbid each other if both of them want it that badly. That would mean that the Bears could try to pull even more out than these mock trades.
The kicker could be the fact that Atlanta has is spot higher on the draft board. If the Bears see a clear top-eight on their big board, that could very well be the tiebreaker.
Getting that 2023 second along with two extra first-round picks might be something that both sides see as a fair return for the pick. Obviously, in their own different ways, both teams could be getting exactly what they need from a deal like this if it were to happen.
The NFC could go through a complete shakeup (again) if these two teams made this deal and it worked out well for both of them.
