Chicago Bears: Ideal trade partners for 2020 NFL Draft

Less than a month ago, the Bears made a splash move by trading for Nick Foles. If they chose to entertain talks with the Jacksonville Jaguars once more, it may result in the Bears coming out on top in total draft picks.

Usually, on draft day, teams don’t necessarily move up unless they see a guy they want. Then, they make the move. But, maybe Pace could get in touch with the Jaguars and negotiate a move down from one of their second round picks.
Let’s say the Bears dealt Jacksonville pick no. 50 and, in return, Jacksonville sent them two of their 12 picks. For example, the Jags could send back picks 73 and 116 in exchange for the 50th selection.
On the opposite end of the spectrum, Chicago could look to simply move a little higher from their position in the seventh round. If they packaged together their selections at 227 and 234, maybe that’s enough to move up and grab Jacksonville’s pick at 207. Jacksonville also has a pick at 190, which the Bears could look to move up to.
The Jags have a dozen picks, thus they’re an ideal trade partner for anyone. But, for a team like the Bears who are low on valuable picks, they’re especially ideal.
