The Chicago Bears have four picks within the last two rounds of the 2020 NFL Draft, and there are some sneaky prospects to keep an eye on.

Looking at the current state of the Chicago Bears, one might say they have several positions to address early on in the 2020 NFL Draft. The only problem is, general manager Ryan Pace is short on draft picks.

Everybody loves a good mock draft. Fans enjoy putting their GM caps on and figuring out which positions Pace will (or should) address with their two second-round picks.

After those two picks, though, the Bears will see over 100 selections made before they are on the clock again. That’s going to be a rough period of time for fans, unless the Bears decide to trade back — which is most certainly an option.

But, if they stay put at numbers 43 and 50, their next pick comes at no. 163. They also pick at numbers 196, 200, 226 and 233 — those four picks being split between two in the sixth and two in the seventh.

Barring a splash pick in the second round (which could happen), Pace is going to have to save his draft with those four late picks. They have to be home runs. They have to make sense. They have to provide immediate competition.

With that said, let’s look at some players will be available that late — guys who can come in and make things interesting, that is. I’ve got five prospects who should not be ignored in the later rounds, and would be strong value picks in the sixth and seventh.
