Chicago Bears: 5 trade packages to explore with needy teams

Trade Package No. 2
The Oakland Raiders might be in a tough spot with star receiver Antonio Brown. Earlier this week, Brown stated that he would not play another down in the NFL should they disallow him to wear his old helmet. Monday, the decision was made: Brown lost. He will have to comply with the NFL’s new rules and wear a newer helmet, or he won’t play.
This is already on top of the damage he’s endured to his feet after not wearing the proper shoes in a cryochamber. There is always something going on with Brown. He is never completely satisfied or ready to play, it seems.
Should the Raiders need another option at receiver to go along with Tyrell Williams and Hunter Renfrow, they could look to add an up-and-coming kid like Javon Wims.
Is a fifth-rounder a tall price for a guy who has barely played in the regular season? Sure. Wims has hardly played during the regular season, due to the Bears’ depth being so good ahead of him. But, if any team is willing to take a shot on a riskier trade, it’s definitely the Raiders.
Wims is a seventh-round pick from last year, who has made big catch after big catch from college, to training camp, to the preseason (both last year and this year already). The Bears could end up keeping seven wideouts, unless they look to gain some draft capital for someone like Wims.
