10. Jay Cutler, Quarterback, Bears

Jay Cutler isn’t exactly the most liked quarterback in the NFL. Is he the most accurate? No. Does he have the strongest arm? Damn right he does. Is he confident? Watch about 90% of the interceptions he is so vilified for and you’ll see they’re because he thinks he can fit a ball into a window that no QB can. Despite this, Cutler has definitely benefited from his time with Marc Trestman, despite it only being one season.

Even though Cutler isn’t the most likable guy, there are plenty of fans who realize that he’s the best QB the team has ever had. While we see more traditional fans, who are used to the powerhouse, smash-mouth football of the 1980’s despise Cutler, the younger fans who are much more accustomed to the spread offense and air-it-out mentality will drool over Cutler’s style of play, and his jersey. As these fans either grow up or get more interested in the formerly boring Bears, they will buy his jersey.

Cutler will be with the team for a long time, and playing quarterback in the NFL gets you a few extra jersey sales right away.
