The Chicago Bears are sitting with a 3-2 record following Week 6. The Bears have won three straight games, with the last two coming on the road. That's a testament to the culture that Ben Johnson is building, and the Bears' rushing attack has been lackluster to start the campaign.

They finally broke out in the win over the Commanders, logging 145 rushing yards. D'Andre Swift led the way with 108 rushing yards (7.7 yards per carry). This is what the Bears want from their offense. While it's a great sign to see this rushing attack dominate, they should still at ways to improve in the backfield. And New York Jets running back Breece Hall is seemingly asking out.

In an Instagram post on Monday, Hall had the caption Free20. Connor Hughes of SNY reported that Hall's name is a popular one on the trade market and believes the general consensus on his trade value is a fifth-round pick.

Hall's name in trade talks has been popping up since the 2025 NFL Draft, and his latest post is clearly indicating he wants out of New York.

Breece Hall Clearly Wants Out of New York

Considering that the Bears want to be a very balanced offense, they will continue to lean on Swift. Adding a playmaker like Hall would only make them a more explosive unit, as he can make plays as a pass catcher and runner.

In 46 career games, he has amassed 2,743 rushing yards and 14 rushing scores. As a receiver, he has reeled in 169 catches for 1,442 receiving yards and eight receiving scores. This season, Hall ranks 11th in the NFL in rushing yards (410) along with 150 receiving yards.

The addition of Hall would give the Bears a potent duo in the backfield with him and Swift. It would give Chicago two tailbacks who can make plays in both phases of the game while taking pressure off quarterback Caleb Williams.

Hall is in the final year of his rookie deal and is set to hit free agency in the spring. That's definitely something to consider when thinking about making this move, but the talent is undeniable. Hall will likely be on a new team in a few weeks, and the Bears should seriously consider making the move for the Iowa State product.

He wants out of New York and Chicago should grant him that wish.
