The Chicago Bears couldn't get the job done against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 3, but that loss is officially in the rearview mirror. The Bears must now turn their attention to Sunday's matchup against the LA Rams, which is a game where Chicago is listed as the 3-point home favorite, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

Even though the Bears are projected to improve to 2-2, getting some extra help wouldn't hurt — especially on offense. Star wide receiver Keenan Allen has missed the last two games with a heel injury and Chicago's offense has suffered as a result.

Fortunately, it might not be long before the veteran playmaker returns to the lineup.

Bears Injury News: Keenan Allen Logs 'Full Participant' at Friday's Practice

Bears insider Brad Biggs is reporting that Allen fully participated in Friday's practice. The news is highly encouraging for his Week 4 outlook given that he was a limited participant during Wednesday and Thursday's sessions.

Even though it's great to hear that Allen is making progress, Biggs added that the 32-year-old is still questionable to suit up on Sunday. At the same time, head coach Matt Eberflus added that they anticipate that he will be able to play.

Hopefully, the Bears' aerial attack improves whenever Allen gets back on the gridiron. Although the six-time Pro Bowl WR was targeted 11 times during the Week 1 victory over the Tennessee Titans, he only caught four of those passes for 29 receiving yards. Allen is capable of performing at a much higher level than that, meaning he shouldn't struggle to improve on those results.

With Allen on the sidelines, veteran wideout DJ Moore and rookie Rome Odunze have stepped up in his absence. Moore has caught 14-of-20 targets for 131 receiving yards across the last two games while Odunze just torched the Colts to the tune of 112 yards and a touchdown on six receptions.

If the 'Big 3' wideouts can consistently get on the same page as first-year quarterback Caleb Williams, Chicago could have one of the most dangerous passing attacks in the NFL.

For now, let's hope that Allen experiences a quick and full recovery so that he can rejoin the team sooner rather than later.
