Caleb Williams and Rome Odunze Already Making All the Right Moves Together
The new Bears claw is taking over the offseason thus far with Caleb Williams seemingly throwing it up every time a camera is on him. The new Bears quarterback attended a Chicago Sky game this week with fellow top-10 pick and teammate, Rome Odunze.
It is definitely cool to see Williams and Odunze hanging out this offseason and forming a close relationship. Future hall of famer Keenan Allen was also with them as they watched their Chicago Sky win by 48 points. The new Bears are already acclimating to the city and going out and supporting other teams which is awesome to see.
We all know taking in a game together does not directly correlate to success on the gridiron, but chemistry is undoubtedly a thing when it comes to QB/WR. It is hard not to get excited about the possibilities this duo can accomplish.
But let's not forget last offseason, when similar things were happening with Fields and company.
The Bulls game last year seemed a little more staged than this outing by Williams and Odunze, but it's still worth noting that D.J. Moore is the only player from the picture above that remains on the team.
I will say this time around feels different, but just had to play devil's advocate for a second.
Rookie minicamp is right around the corner so we will be able to get our first look at the new rookies on the actual football field. Nonetheless, it feels like a dangerous duo is brewing in Chicago.
