1. Get Caleb Williams comfortable with the uncomfortable

The Chicago Bears will go as far as Caleb Williams takes them.

Once again, Chicago is turning the reins over to a new quarterback but this time, it's the No. 1 overall pick from USC. Williams was the consensus top pick and there aren't many pundits who expect him to fail. Or at least, they don't expect any of the failure to be his fault.

The jury is still out on the Bears, who continue to struggle when it comes to developing quarterbacks. Williams is the next they turn to and while he has all the makings of being a superstar, he also has some areas that need to be addressed. According to Dalton Wasserman of Pro Football Focus, the primary concern for Williams is how he operates under pressure.

"If they don’t, however, Williams will need to be careful with his ball security late in plays. He led the FBS last season with 16 turnover-worthy plays under pressure. Pass protection could be the key to his early success, but there is no doubt about Williams’ physical ability." — Dalton Wasserman, PFF

Wasserman also says Williams is the most talented quarterback the franchise has ever had, so this isn't a huge knock on him. Just an area where he can stand to improve and the Bears need to make sure to focus on this.

Williams will see more pressure in the NFL than he did in college, so he has to get comfortable operating through the mud. If he can do that, this offense can be dangerous.
