4. S Eddie Jackson

The 112th-overall pick of the 2017 draft, Eddie Jackson's first few seasons in Chicago were amazing. The former Alabama Crimson Tide safety qualified for two Pro Bowls in his first three years and was even named first-team All-Pro in 2019.

Unfortunately, Jackson's play has been declining in recent years, proven by his underwhelming 2023 showcase. According to PFF, the Lauderdale Lakes, FL native was targeted 18 times across 12 games last season, surrendering 12 catches for 203 yards and three touchdowns. The 16.9 yards per reception he allowed was a personal low while the 121.1 passer rating he surrendered was nothing short of awful.

Jackson is still a veteran with a ton of experience, but it's clear that his days as a starter might be over. Unless he's willing to take on a lesser role elsewhere until he proves that he still has juice left in the tank, I won't be surprised if he has to wait a little longer to find a new home.
