The Chicago Bears have made a plethora of moves this offseason to improve their roster. Arguably the biggest move came on Mar. 14, when they traded a 2024 fourth-round pick in exchange for Keenan Allen.

Chicago will now trot out an offense that features Allen, D.J. Moore, Cole Kmet, and D'Andre Swift.

They also own four total draft picks, with all four coming within the first four rounds. The Bears still have some work to do and below we'll discuss the moves Chicago needs to make after the Allen trade.

1. Find a Trade Partner for Justin Fields

It's not a secret. QB Justin Fields is on the trade block and has been for a while. The partnership between Fields and the Windy City just hasn't worked out for both sides.

The Bears own the No. 1 overall pick and will likely select USC's Caleb Williams to become the new face of the franchise. There is no reason for Fields to head into the 2024 campaign on the roster.

It wouldn't be fair for either player to be in this scenario so Chicago needs to figure out a place to trade Fields too.

The Ohio State product has the athletic ability to be a dynamic weapon under center. He's shown flashes of making eye-popping plays but a team could take a flyer on him. The Bears need to lower their asking price because QB spots around the league are filling up quick.

If they receive a Day 3 pick for Fields, the Bears should pounce on that offer.
