Precious Achiuwa

The 24-year-old big man is a restricted free agent this summer. He will presumably be cheaper than the previous two options on this list as he has been in and out of rotations throughout his career so far.

It behooves the Bulls to give an offer sheet to Precious Achiuwa because he is an excellent fit next to Nikola Vucevic. He is a fantastic defender with the ability to guard all positions. He is big, athletic, and strong. He can be an offensive liability at times due to his unreliable jump shot but Vucevic makes up for that deficiency with his shooting.

Achiuwa is not going to change the fate of your franchise. But he is the type of high-upside signing that the Bulls need to focus on going forward.

For too long, Chicago has prioritized win-now players with high floors but low ceilings. Achiuwa would be a different kind of acquisition for the Bulls front office. They can develop him in their system over the years, increase his trade value, and move him for positive assets later.

Considering the Knicks' financial situation, they might be unwilling to match an offer sheet from Chicago. Achiuwa is certainly worth a flyer.
