3. D'Onta Foreman, Running Back, Browns

It's not like the Cleveland Browns were really able to just come out and beat the Dallas Cowboys in a slugfest on the ground this past weekend, but where in the world was D'Onta Foreman?

Nick Chubb is on the PUP for the Cleveland Browns right now, and they seemingly signed D'Onta Foreman for a situation exactly like this. Foreman is able to come in and provide the Browns with an experienced runner who has actually looked quite good the last couple of years for the Bears and Panthers.

But the massive failure here with Foreman is that he wasn't involved whatsoever.

Foreman was active for the Browns in their ugly loss against the Dallas Cowboys, but he didn't get a single touch offensively. As a matter of fact, he only played two total snaps -- one on offense and one on special teams.

So what is the deal here? Why did Kevin Stefanski keep Foreman on the bench when he could have helped the Cleveland offense?

Maybe the more important question is why did he let Deshaun Watson go out there and throw the ball around 45 times when Watson was clearly struggling to throw the ball accurately or even to get the ball out without getting sacked?

Whatever the case, you can't blame Foreman for the situation he signed on for in Cleveland. On paper, it should give him more of a chance at touches with the injury last year to Nick Chubb. But through one week, that was not the case. Maybe the Browns will reevaluate after that first game and give Foreman more of a chance as the season progresses, but right now, this signing and fit is looking like one of the bigger failures in Week 1.
