The Chicago Bears have been able to add a boatload of talent over the past few months. They have added Keenan Allen, Montez Sweat, and De'Andre Swift amongst others to raise the floor of this roster.

Prior to these additions, it's been tough for the Bears over the past two years. Head coach Matt Eberflus hasn't had the success he may have envisioned for himself. He currently has a 10-24 record as the head coach of the Bears but he needs to win games to keep his job going forward.

Below we'll discuss three draft picks that could help save Eberflus' job.

1. Caleb Williams, QB

This one is the obvious choice but Caleb Williams is a terrific option for the Bears. They own the No. 1 overall pick and need a starting quarterback.

They traded Justin Fields to the Pittsburgh Steelers after three underwhelming seasons in Chicago. The selection of Williams would give the Bears the most talented signal-caller in their storied history.

The USC product has a rocket of an arm and the ability to dot up defenses on all three levels. Williams can also extend plays with his legs but is constantly looking downfield to find an open playmaker.

In his collegiate career, Williams has thrown for 10,082 passing yards, 93 passing touchdowns and 14 interceptions.

He's been labeled as a "generational talent" and will likely be the selection with the No. 1 pick. Getting the quarterback right will massively help Eberflus' case to stay as the lead man in the Windy City.
