3 Chicago Bears with the most to prove during the final three games

There are three games left in the season for the Bears and no chance at the playoffs. That doesn't mean these guys should be taking their foot off the gas.

The Chicago Bears have officially been eliminated from playoff contention for the 2023-2024 season. This is the 3rd season in a row the Bears fell short of the postseason, and the 11th time in the last 13 seasons. The last time the Bears won a playoff game was in the 2011 divisional round against the Seattle Seahawks. This is one of the most starving franchises in the league, looking to find stability and simply be referred to as a contender.

That being said, this season is not over. There are three games left in the season for the Bears and all of them are arguably winnable. The Arizona Cardinals and the Atlanta Falcons are both indoor teams coming to Chicago to play in, presumably, cold December weather on the lakefront. And week 18 provides an opportunity for payback against that team up north.

The team as a whole still has a lot to play for as they go into an offseason that will provide us with much to discuss. Although we are beginning the process of speculation and prediction on how the Bears will go about the offseason, including free agency and the NFL Draft, a lot of those decisions cannot be made without the information gathered in these next three weeks.

These games still matter for the Bears as a team and a franchise. Particularly speaking, there are three men who will find these next three weeks to matter greatly in regard to their individual futures, with or without the Bears.
