3. D'Onta Foreman

The Chicago Bears were the second-best rushing attack in the NFL in 2023-24. A lot of that had to do with the elusiveness of Fields when he was scrambling. But the Bears still ran the ball a lot on offense.

Although he played just nine games for the Bears this season, D'Onta Foreman let everyone know that when he was in the game, he still had it. One game he played in, on October 22, Forman ran for 2 touchdowns and caught another one for the Bears against the Raiders in Chicago.

We know Getsy likes to run the ball and he likes to get the hard-earned yards in the trenches. Foreman gave that to him when he was on the field.

It is unknown if Josh Jacobs will be back with the Raiders, so the starting spot in the backfield is wide-open for anyone to take. Who's to say Getsy wouldn't want to bring Foreman with him to Las Vegas to help this offense gain an identity? If the run game can get going, that opens the pass game for Davante Adams on the outside.

Foreman may not be the long-term answer for Getsy and the Raiders' offense, but it is certainly a viable starting point.
