2. Lucas Patrick

Lucas Patrick started his career in Green Bay with the Packers, where Getsy was a coach. He worked on an offensive line that was tasked with protecting quarterback Aaron Rodgers. That worked out well for the Packers, as they dominated the NFC North, specifically the Bears, for quite some time.

When Getsy was hired in Chicago, one of the first things the Bears did was sign Patrick to come along with him. He played just seven games in 2022-23 due to injury. But going into the 2023-24 season, the Bears were feeling great about the state of their offensive line.

The Bears' line struggled early, and they were never able to recover or save the season in Chicago. Patrick himself had just a 50.5 rating in 2023-24 according to Pro Football Focus. Patrick is a free agent, and no one expects him to go back to Chicago.

Given that Getsy has been with Patrick every step of his NFL career, it is on the table that Patrick decides to follow Getsy from Chicago to Las Vegas. He is another player that is familiar with Getsy and his system and can try to bring Getsy's vision of a sustainable offense to light.
