Former Chicago Bears wide receiver Equanimeous St. Brown hasn’t made much noise in his NFL career after being selected in the sixth round of the 2018 NFL Draft by the Green Bay Packers.

The veteran wide receiver spent three years in Green Bay before moving to the Windy City for the last two seasons. After playing in 23 games with the Bears, St. Brown signed a one-year deal with the New Orleans Saints in the offseason.

St. Brown didn’t make the final 53-man roster but was added to the practice squad. Based on the Saints’ injuries at wide receiver, the former Bears wide receiver will be elevated from the practice squad for Thursday night’s game against the Denver Broncos, per Nick Underhill.

The last time St. Brown played in a regular season game was in Week 18 of the 2023 season with the Bears. The veteran wideout had one reception (one target) for 18 yards in that Week 18 matchup against the Packers.

Last season with the Bears, St. Brown had five receptions (six targets) for 62 yards in seven games. In his first season with the Bears in 2022, the veteran pass catcher posted 21 receptions (38 targets) for 323 yards and a touchdown.

For his career, the former Notre Dame wide receiver has produced 63 receptions (110 targets) for 928 yards and two touchdowns.

With the Bears on the bye this week, Chicago fans will be watching to see how the former Bears wide receiver performs in his 2024 season debut.
