Betting the Quarterback

This game will be Williams' toughest challenge of the year. It isn't exactly that the Commanders have such a good defense, but it is the whole comparison with the number two drafted rookie quarterback Daniels, the offensive coordinator that the Bears passed up, and the first good team in weeks.

Williams' upward trajectory has been well documented, but Draft Kings doesn't think he is going to throw for more than 250 yards, offering +150 odds. The over sits at 229 yards and -115.

Pick: Bet Caleb Williams with the Over at 229 yards at -115.

Betting the Running Back

Every week, for the last three weeks, I have been hesitant to bet Swift's rushing yards and all he has done is rush for 91 yards against the Jaguars, 73 yards against the Panthers, and 93 yards against the Rams.

Is this going to be one of those times where I wait too long and bet on his first down week in a while? It sure feels that way, but 60+ yards at +110 is enticing.

Any which way, I still love what Williams has been doing with his legs. He seems to have found the balance between staying in the pocket, extending plays, and taking off downfield; especially for first downs.

Pick: D'Andre Swift at 60+ yards at +110 and Caleb Williams 25+ yards at +130.
