Rome Odunze
Odunze is a former top-ten pick who has shown glimpses of greatness. In his rookie year, the team had issues at playcaller along with a rookie quarterback. In his second season, he started hot, hit a wall, and got hurt.
Now, he enters a third year with fewer excuses. It is his second year in the offense, and they are running plays for him. It is his third year in the NFL, and he is fully healthy. He needs to break out.
Devin Bush
Bush was a former top-ten pick who was bouncing around the NFL before signing a three-year deal with Chicago. Bush is coming off of the best year of his career. He is now with Dennis Allen, who can get the most out of linebackers. The fit makes you think that Bush could live up to expectations.
Kentavius Street
Street had a career-high in sacks in 2022 with the New Orleans Saints. It was only 3.5 sacks. That was also the most snaps of his career, with 518. He can beat that this year.
Street has bounced around the NFL, and injuries have been the story of his career. However, he is in year eight because the talent when healthy is legitimate. Now, he has earned a starting role due to his play in the preseason. He will start next to Grady Jarrett and add help as a pass rusher.
He should get plenty of snaps, and that should lead to four or more sacks.
Cam Lewis
Lewis has never played more than 600 snaps in an NFL season. He has never started more than six games. He is likely to do both this season. Whether it be safety or in the slot, the team will lean on the free agent signing a lot in 2026.
Austin Booker
Booker hardly played in his rookie season and recorded 1.5 sacks. Injuries pushed him up the depth chart in 2025, and he put up 4.5 sacks in 10 games. Now, the team is relying on him to be their best speed rusher off of the edge. He needs more than five sacks.
