3. Kelvin Banks Jr., T Texas

If the Bears decide that Braxton Jones is not the left tackle of the future then Banks Jr. is an option to replace him. Jones has been serviceable and definitely a steal after being selected in the 5th round. However, if the opportunity to land a blue-chip left tackle presents itself to the Bears they may not be able to say no. While Campbell projects more as an interior lineman, Banks will likely stick at tackle at the next level. With the right tackle already being locked down by Darnell Wright, the Bears would need to be confident that Banks can come in and start right away at left tackle.

According to PPF, Banks has surrendered pressure on just 1.5% of his pass-blocking snaps, the third-best rate among Power Four offensive tackles. Caleb Williams was running for his life more times than not this season so the need for bodies up front is pivotal. Banks will definitely be one of the first lineman off the board after a season in which he took home First-team All- SEC honors as well being named a Unanimous All-American. He also won the Lombardi Award which is given to the nation's best collegiate lineman.

Banks is still playing the College Playoff so has time to grow his stock even more. If he performs well, it might be a stretch for him to drop to 10th overall, but as mentioned earlier it is very early in the process. We will see multiple names move up and down the board over the coming weeks.
