The Chicago Bears finally won consecutive games under head coach Matt Eberflus. Eberflus also picked up his first signature win.

What a victory it was.

The Bears dominated the second half to finally beat the Detroit Lions after they blew a double-digit lead in their previous matchup at Ford Field.

The Lions took a 13-10 lead into halftime, but Justin Fields rallied the offense to score 18 unanswered points. This time the defense did not give the lead back. There were a lot of performances to like in this triumph.

Here is who is on the rise after the victory.

Montez Sweat

He was an absolute force. Sweat was disruptive the entire game and everyone on the defense benefited.

He racked up a sack and five tackles. Sweat continues to be a multiplier since he was acquired at the trade deadline. Everyone on the line seems to be playing better with him lining up on the edge. Yannick Ngakoue, Justin Jones, and Gervon Dexter Sr. all got sacks in part because of the attention Sweat was getting from the Lions’ offensive line.

It was great seeing when the Lions let Sweat come free or single-blocked him, he made them pay.
