The Chicago Bears are a team that can make a big wide receiver trade.

The Chicago Bears came into this season with some hopes that they would be a better football team. Well, low and behold, they are just as bad (if not worse) as they were a year ago. It is a real shame that things have gone the way that they have.

One of the things people praised coming into this season was the fact that it appeared as if they finally had a good wide receiver room. With DJ Moore coming in and the trade for Chase Claypool last year, Darnell Mooney had some help.

Well, things don’t always go according to plan. Sometimes, you have to take some time to realize that things aren’t good enough. That ended up being the case for Chase Claypool. He was so bad for the Bears and they had no choice but to trade him.

Mooney is far from bad but they could probably get something great for him from a contender looking to make a playoff run. He would go to a new team and be another tremendous target for whatever quarterback it is.

It stinks that the Bears were never able to do anything special with Mooney because he was nothing short of great for them. Unfortunately, it is probably a good time to get him onto a good team.
