The Chicago Bears won a big game over the Las Vegas Raiders game on Sunday afternoon. It was their first home win of the season and their first since September 2022. That is also the first time they’ve won on a Sunday in a really long time.

Some people are solely focused on the draft pick side of things which is fair. The best way to improve is through the draft. However, letting all of that losing pile up is never good for a franchise. Eventually, it starts to weigh on everyone.

You can only truly tank one time in a row before people start to get antsy. Right now, the Bears community is starting to get that way. Plus, the 0-6 Carolina Panthers are still very much in play for the first overall pick and the Bears own their selection.

No matter what, the Bears are going to draft two very good players in the 2024 NFL Draft. The future might not appear to be bright but Ryan Poles and his staff are set up to turn things around if they are smart.

The Chicago Bears finally won a home game on a Sunday in the year 2023.

In the meantime, it is okay to celebrate this win. Next week, they are playing in prime time against the Los Angeles Chargers so that could obviously end in disaster too which is why people should just enjoy this win for what it is.
