4. Oliver Moore

The Chicago Blackhawks have a lot of faith in Oliver Moore as he develops.

Oliver Moore is going to be the most fun non-pro Chicago Blackhawks prospect to watch this season. He is going to be playing in the NCAA with the University of Minnesota. The Golden Gophers have a great team that is going to be so fun to watch once again.

Moore was one of Chicago’s first-round picks in 2023. It is unclear if he will play at Minnesota for one year or two but he will be entertaining to watch no matter how long he stays there. He has the incredible skills needed to develop and turn into an NHL star.

It is already looking like Moore might have been too late of a selection but the Hawks are so happy that he was sitting there at 19. This pick is going to make Kyle Davidson look like a genius if it hits and he becomes a star.

What is it that makes Moore so good? It all starts with his speed. You can argue that he is the fastest player in the 2023 NHL Draft class and nobody would be able to win that argument with you. He has blazing speed and he just needs to put everything else together around that speed.

Moore will be traveling around the country playing college hockey and if you ever get a chance to take in a Gophers game, keep an eye on Moore.
