The Chicago Bears could use Justin Fields to take advantage of the New York Jets.

The Chicago Bears are a trash franchise, a wise man once said. They need to make drastic changes if they are ever going to actually compete in this league. There is no way that is going to happen with the way things are going right now.

The faster they realize that Justin Fields isn’t the guy, the better off they will be. This trade package is a combination of the first two in case the Bears could take advantage of the fact that the Jets are desperate now that Aaron Rodgers is out for the season.

Zach Wilson coming back, as mentioned before, is only because they would need him to finish the season as the quarterback. Caleb Williams out of USC would become the primary target after that. The plethora of great draft picks would be the real prize in this deal.

The Bears and Jets both need to take a risk like this. It would also make for great theatre across the NFL. The Jets may make a move whether it is for Fields or not so we’ll see what happens. Hopefully, if the Bears did ever trade Fields, they could get something good for him.
