The Chicago Bears could just try to get some picks back for Justin Fields.

Justin Fields is not worth as much as some Bears fans might think at this point in time. His value used to be high but it isn’t anymore. He has been a bad starting quarterback in the NFL so if they move him, they might not be able to get that much for him.

For one, they might as well take Zach Wilson back from the Jets. He has been worse than Fields which is saying something but the Bears need someone to play the position if they aren’t going to have Fields. He’d also really help them secure that number-one pick.

Getting a future second-round and a future sixth-round pick in a transaction like this would be great too. Ryan Poles loves his draft picks and turning them into NFL players. If they drafted a good quarterback in the first round, these picks could come in handy.

Wilson and Fields were both taken in the same draft and both clearly need a change of scenery. The Jets should have taken Fields in the first place. They would have done a better job with him than the Bears have. Wilson just isn’t good and should have never been that pick.
