The Chicago Bears are a team that could get a first back for Justin Fields.

Justin Fields going to the New York Jets for a first-round pick makes sense for both sides. It is certainly risky too but it is a risk worth taking for both sides. For the Bears, they’d be getting a first back after using one on Fields back in 2021.

He might end up working out for another team but he isn’t going to work out for the Bears. They’d almost be doing him a career-saving favor by getting him out of Chicago. This organization does no favors for quarterbacks and he can’t grow playing for this team.

This could also end up being a fail for the Jets which would mean that the Bears get another really high draft pick. They are already going to be getting two great first-round selections in 2024 because of their own and the Carolina Panthers’ pick.

The Jets also need to take this risk because good quarterback play could be the difference between three wins and 13 wins with a roster like that. If they can get Fields going, and anything will be better for him than Chicago, they’d be a very good team.
