3. Tyler Scott

Tyler Scott is really trying to make the crowded WR room of the Chicago Bears.

It has been a long time (if ever) since we’ve talked about the crowded wide receiver room of the Chicago Bears. This has been a position haunting them for a very long time.

In fact, that could be part of the reason that they don’t have an all-time franchise great at quarterback either. The two definitely go hand and hand at least a little bit.

Well, with DJ Moore, Darnell Mooney, and Chase Claypool as the big three on this team, there are a few more guys fighting for a roster spot.

One of them is Tyler Scott. The Bears took Scott with a fourth-round pick (133rd overall) out of Cincinnati in the 2023 NFL Draft. Yes, this season would be his rookie year.

Look for him to show out big in this game against the Buffalo Bills. What kinds of reps he sees will probably depend on the flow of the game but it would be nice to see he get some targets from Justin Fields.

He is the definition of a reserve you need to keep your eye on. In fact, all of these guys have a chance to be super entertaining in this game. We can only hope that everyone plays well and makes the decisions that much harder.
