Juuse Saros would be another good option for the Chicago Blackhawks.

Like the other two goalies mentioned here, the Chicago Blackhawks have played against Juuse Saros and the Nashville Predators a bunch over the years.

Juuse Saros is right there for being a top-five or top-six goalie in the NHL as well. If he is actually available at any point, which he very well might be, the Hawks should be in on him.

He is only 28 with two years left on his contract. He’d be a great player to bridge the gap and help mentor the young goalies in the system.

Saros is worth giving up a first-round pick for or other high-valued assets. Like Hellebuyck, this is probably unlikely but every team should see what the asking price is.

Adding someone like Saros would certainly improve their chances of being a good team in the early stages of Bedard’s career.

Goaltending is very important in the National Hockey League. Without it, you have no chance to win anything of substance.
