2. Joe Reed

Joe Reed is someone that probably won’t make the Chicago Bears roster.

The Chicago Bears have a ton of wide receiver depth going into the season for the first time in a really long time.

In fact, this is probably as deep as the WR room has ever been in team history ahead of a season. It should be a lot of fun to see Justin Fields work with all of these guys.

Obviously, DJ Moore, Darnell Mooney, and Chase Claypool are the big three that the team is hoping to help the offense take a big step.

The rest of the group is likely to be filled out by Velus Jones Jr., Tyler Scott Dante Pettis, and Equanimeous St. Brown. Even those guys aren’t safe if they don’t play well in the preseason/training camp.

That leaves little room for someone like Joe Reed. He is probably the last wide receiver on this unofficial depth chart and it is unlikely that he makes the team. Don’t be surprised if he is amongst the first cut.
