3. Dalton Risner

The Chicago Bears should never turn down offensive line help at this point.

Dalton Risner is an above-average offensive lineman that could provide some depth for the Chicago Bears.

There are some teams in the NFL with really bad offensive lines so it is a bit surprising that Risner is still available to add via free agency with training camp about to start.

Injuries seem to pile up with offensive line units every year as well so adding another good player to that group is important.

That is especially true with someone like Justin Fields as the quarterback. He relies heavily on the running game and needs a good line to help them be effective in that.

It is more fun to see your favorite team add weapons to the offense but sometimes these players in the trenches are equally as important if not more important. Hopefully, the Bears do what they can to get better this year.
