Madden 24 is set to be released next month and for Chicago Bears fans, it will be the first time that they can officially play with a Chicago Bears’ offense that now includes wide receiver D.J. Moore.

Moore was a part of the package that the Bears received from the Carolina Panthers last March in exchange for the first overall selection in the 2023 NFL Draft.

For the first time in a long time, there is some excitement to play with the Bears in Madden.

Bears quarterback Justin Fields has been predicted by many to have a breakout season with the idea of Fields being in the MVP conversation not being discredited either.

On Monday, we got our first glimpse into the Bears’ offensive ratings for Madden 24 as the team’s wide receiver ratings were revealed. No surprise that Moore was the leading receiver for the Bears with a mark of 86.

Chicago Bears wide receiver ratings in Madden 24

  1. D.J. Moore, 86
  2. Darnell Mooney, 81
  3. Chase Claypool, 76
  4. Dante Pettis, 73
  5. Equanimeous St. Brown, 71
  6. Tyler Scott, 71
  7. Velus Jones Jr, 69
  8. Joe Reed, 67
  9. Nsimba Webster, 67
  10. Daurice Fountain, 66

Moore wasted no time in voicing his displeasure with his rating.

If Fields is going to break out this season, there is no question that Moore will be one of the reasons why. If that is the reason why, then expect a quick climb in the ratings for Moore.

It is interesting to note that Madden rating experts believe there is a significant dropoff between the Bears’ top two wide receivers and Chase Claypool.

Velus Jones Jr’s rating could further the idea that he may not be with the Bears past the pre-season. After a disappointing rookie season, there has been a belief that Jones is facing an uphill climb in regard to any consistent playing time on offense,

Even as a return specialist, Jones may have trouble finding the field as Tyler Scott figures to be in the mix as the team’s return man.

Next. Danielle Hunter should be a trade target for the Cubs. dark
