The Chicago Blackhawks could get another expensive forward in a trade.

The Chicago Blackhawks can afford to make a big trade that cost them some money against the salary cap.

The Hawks can take back Adam Henrique if it lowers the price for John Gibson. If they did something like that, the pick going back to the Ducks could be a fifth instead of a third.

Henrique would probably slot into the top six for the Hawks for a year. He can play center or on the wing and he’d be a productive player.

Adam Henrique and Taylor Hall were Major Junior teammates with the Windsor Spitfires all of those years ago and they played together for a bit with the New Jersey Devils.

Now, it would be cool to see them play together in Chicago on a team that has a lot of hype surrounding them now. A trade like this would be fun for Hawks fans for one season.
