The Chicago Bulls could look much younger in a trade with the Portland Trail Blazers

Lastly, the Bulls could look at one of the more talked about teams lately as a trade partner. There was recently a report that the Blazers were not interested in trading for Zach LaVine, but as we know, those reports can be just as full of smoke as they might end up being true. In this instance, the Bulls would trade LaVine to the Blazers in exchange for three players and a pick.

In exchange for LaVine, the Bulls would start by getting young, ascending guard Anfernee Simons. The 24-year-old is coming off a career year where he averaged over 21 points per game on 44.7 percent shooting (37.7 from three), 4.1 assists and 2.6 rebounds.

Chicago also gets last year’s first-round pick, forward Shaedon Sharpe along with another former first rounder, forward Nassir Little. Sharpe is only 20 years old while Little is 23. The Bulls would have a trio of players they can assess and look at building with for the foreseeable future if they so choose to do.

Lastly, the Bulls also get no. 23 in this year’s draft. It’s by no means a high pick, but getting three former first rounders plus an additional first-round pick is quite the haul if the Bulls were to be committing to a rebuild.
