3. Teddy Blueger

Teddy Blueger makes perfect sense for the Chicago Blackhawks right now.

The Chicago Blackhawks are going to try and fill out their roster this summer and that might include a player like Teddy Blueger.

They are going to need players that can fill fourth-line roles and support their scoring lines. Teddy Blueger has proven that he can do something like that on good teams.

He has only ever been in the playoffs with the Pittsburgh Penguins and Vegas Golden Knights. He has carved out a nice little role for himself in the NHL.

Now that he is a free agent looking for a new hockey home, he should be rewarded for all of his hard work. If he came to the Blackhawks, he’d be on their fourth line in every game that he is healthy. He also probably wouldn’t cost all that much money considering his role.

During the 2023 Stanley Cup Playoffs, he found a way to make a play here and there where he either set up or scored a goal for the Golden Knights. He was an important piece in their getting to the Stanley Cup Final.

All of these guys are at different points in their careers and they would help in incredibly different ways. They are all at least worth considering.
