3. Caleb Jones

The Chicago Blackhawks may see fit to trade Caleb Jones away soon.

It has been cool to see the Chicago Blackhawks reunite brothers Caleb and Seth Jones. Of course, Seth Jones is a borderline star defenseman that makes a lot of money.

Caleb is a solid sixth or seventh defenseman and he got to spend some time on the same team as his brother.

Of course, although Caleb is a decent player, he is much more expendable as he doesn’t make as much money and he isn’t as good of a player.

He is an RFA right now and the Hawks could very easily trade his rights away. They might negotiate with him and they might not.

If he can get a good number to stay on the same team with his brother he might do it but the team could also get something back for his rights.

A defensive defenseman that can eat up minutes is something that every team needs. If Caleb Jones makes another team happy, don’t be surprised if he is on the move.
